The show opened with an audio clip welcoming them to the ‘Ed Sullivan Show’ and commencing with ‘Twist and Shout’, then taking them to Shea Stadium and through the Sgt. Pepper era after a solo of ‘Yesterday’. Liverpool 4 has some of the most impressive period correct equipment and sound reproduction. After a long standing ovation with a loud cheering house, the lads returned to the stage for an encore with Chuck Berry’s ‘Rock and Roll Music’ and ‘She Loves You’. Definitely a show you won’t want to miss the next time the lads leap ‘across the pond’ and onto the stage at the Mountain Theatre."
